Color is happy to send a shipment of four saliva or blood Color kits to your office at no charge. This service is currently only available in the US. Request a shipment of kits by filling out a request form, or contact Color Provider Support at providers@color.com or (844) 362-6567.
Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. Color is not currently able to ship kits to provider offices outside of the US.
Included in your shipment are instructions for using Color kits in your office, Color brochures for you and your patients, and order forms, in case you are planning to fax in your order.
Each Color kit contains a saliva or blood tube with a unique 2-D barcode. Located on the back of each Color kit is a pre-paid return shipping label already attached for you and your patient’s convenience.
Color can only process samples provided in Color kits.
