We have two payment options for our Hereditary Cancer Test: 1) self-pay and 2) insurance billing, if your patient is eligible under their insurer’s medical policy and the order is placed in-office. 

For Color Extended and Color Standard, we accept self-pay and do not currently accept insurance billing.
