How do I purchase new Color tests as an existing Color client?

To purchase a new test, simply sign in to your account at color.com and click “Buy Color”  at the top of the page.

A new sample and informed consent may be required, depending on your previous account settings and the new test chosen.

Check your email for further instructions regarding the purchase of additional tests or feel free to contact us with questions by phone or email at 844-352-6567 or support@color.com. Those outside the US can reach us at +1 650-651-7130. Our hours are Monday through Friday between 7am and 4pm Pacific Time.
