The time it takes to create your results after your sample is received at the lab may depend on multiple factors. These factors can include the data in each unique sample, volume, Color’s secondary confirmation policy, and the occasional need to repeat testing due to very high quality control requirements. It is normal for results to take a bit longer or shorter than the average, and this does not mean there is an issue with your sample.

Most of your results should be ready about a month or more after we receive your activated kit. We will notify you via email when your results are ready.
