The Medication Tool can be accessed on our Color Provider Platform through a provider account. A provider account can be created on our website here. Note that the Medication Tool is intended to be used only by healthcare providers to consider genetic factors that can influence medication response; it is not intended for use by patients.

Do you have a Color provider account, but don’t see your patient’s test results?

Providers must have access to the patient’s results in order to view them in CPP. For access, the patient must submit a request that we share results with their provider, or the provider must be the ordering provider, an additional recipient on the order, or part of an institution that shares orders institution-wide, allowing members of the same institution view all patients’ orders and results.
