For video visits, a clinician will wait up to 10 minutes for you to join the video call. If the clinician cannot complete a video call with you, they will not be able to complete your evaluation. If you miss a video visit, please request another one through your Color dashboard.

For phone visits, if you don’t answer the first call, they’ll call you one more time after 10 minutes. If the clinician can’t reach you after two calls, they won’t be able to complete your visit. If you miss a phone visit, please request another one through your Color dashboard.
