Once you’ve collected your sample and let it dry, put the dried blood spot card in the biohazard bag included with your kit. Seal the bag.

Put the sealed biohazard bag into the return shipping bag, and seal it. Drop your sample at a USPS mailbox or post office. Samples should be put in a mailbox within 24 hours of collection.
