If you forgot to fill out your information online before sending your saliva sample, the Color Support team will email you when we receive your sample at our lab to ensure a new kit is shipped to you. If you picked up a kit instead of having it shipped to you, Support may not be able to email you. In that case, you can contact Color Support at support@color.com or (844) 352-6567 between 7am-4pm PT Monday through Friday.
