CPIC - Societal guidelines that meet their highest evidence levels (Level A or B)
Drug labels - Therapeutic treatment recommendations for patients with certain genetic variations that appear in any of the following sections of the FDA-approved drug label: Warnings (Boxed Warning, or Warnings and Precautions), Indications and usage, Dosage and Administration, or Use in Specific Populations
