Color’s Medication Tool surfaces publicly available information for specific medications that are processed by at least one of the genes on the Color Medication Response Genetic Test and that have therapeutic information available from at least one of the following sources:

  • CPIC - Societal guidelines that meet their highest evidence levels (Level A or B)

  • Drug labels - Therapeutic treatment recommendations for patients with certain genetic variations that appear in any of the following sections of the FDA-approved drug label: Warnings (Boxed Warning, or Warnings and Precautions), Indications and usage, Dosage and Administration, or Use in Specific Populations
