How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through the link in your appointment confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Color Support at 844-352-6567 or support@color.com.

How long will it take to get my results?

Results typically take 1-3 days, though the actual time may vary. If you feel you are experiencing severe or worsening symptoms, do not delay seeking medical care while waiting for your results. The CDC recommends that individuals experiencing the following symptoms get medical attention immediately: trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion or inability to arouse, bluish lips or face.

How will I know when my results are ready?

We’ll text you at the phone number you provided. If you provided an email address, we’ll also send you an email. You can also visit color.com/covid-test to check if your results are ready. You’ll need to enter your date of birth and the test barcode found on your handout.

What do I do if I’ve lost my barcode?

Please do your best to keep your barcode. Losing it may delay access to your results. Some people take a photo of it with their phone, just in case. If you lose your barcode, please contact Color Support for assistance at 844-352-6567 or support@color.com.

How do I get a copy of my results to my personal doctor?

If you didn’t provide your doctor's information when scheduling, you can download your results when they are ready and share them with your doctor. You can also call Color Support (844-352-6567) and request that we fax your doctor a copy. This could take a few days or longer due to high volume.

Can I talk to someone about my results?

We recommend that you contact your primary care provider to ask questions about your results and understand next steps.
