What happens when I receive my kit?
When you receive your COVID-19 self-swab collection kit in the mail, you will need to log-in to your Color account to activate the kit online, provide a sample, then return the kit. If more than one person in your household is being tested, it’s important to keep the kits separate. Make sure you activate, using the barcode on the collection tube with your sample.
When will my COVID-19 self-swab collection kit arrive?
Your kit will be shipped to you via FedEx. You will receive a tracking number and expected delivery date.Tracking information may not be available for 24 hours. The kit includes everything that you need to collect your sample and return the kit.
How can I track the status of my sample?
You can track the status of your sample through your dashboard in your Color Account.
