What if I miss my consultation?
For video consultations, a clinician will wait up to 10 minutes for you to join the video call. If the clinician cannot complete a video call with you, they will not be able to complete your evaluation. If you miss a video consultation, please request another one through your Color dashboard.
For phone consultations, if you don’t answer the first call, they’ll call you one more time after 10 minutes. If the clinician can’t reach you after two calls, they won’t be able to complete your consultation. If you miss a phone consultation, please request another one through your Color dashboard.
What hours are consultations available?
Clinicians are available for consultations from 8 AM to 10 PM EST, 7 days a week.
What languages are supported?
