Why can’t I create a Color account?
This can happen for a few reasons, but most often it is because the email you’re trying to use has already been used to create a Color account. Try signing in with that email instead of creating an account. If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link or requesting a one-time sign-in link.
What do I do if I forgot my username?
Your Color username is the email address that you used to create your Color account. If you do not remember what this is or no longer have access, send us a message and we will work to address your issue.
What do I do if I forgot my password or my password isn’t working?
From the screen where you were asked to enter your password, click on the link that says “Forgot your password?” From there, you will be asked to enter the email address you use to sign into your Color account. We will then send instructions to reset your password for your Color account.
How to change Color account email?
You can change the primary email on your Color account by following steps:
1. Log into your Color account
2. Click on your name at the top right
3. Click “Settings”
4. Click “Personal Info”
5. Click the “Edit” button in the Email address section
6. Enter a new email address and your current password.
7. Click “Save”
8. Color will send an email to the new email address asking you to confirm access. Once you confirm, the primary email on your Color account will switch to your new email.
How do I deactivate or delete my account?
