No, you don't need an account to use the hotline. If you want to see your consultation details later, you can create an account and link them together or request a copy from Color.

Who will my consultation be with?

Your consultation will be with a licensed clinician from one of our partner networks.

What if I don’t have a device that can handle video calls?

You can choose to have a consultation with a clinician over the phone.

How do phone consultations work?

Your clinician will call you at the phone number you provided after reviewing your consultation request. Most consultations begin within 5-30 minutes of requesting them, though some may take longer, especially during periods of high volume.

How do I cancel my consultation, or schedule another consultation?

To cancel my consultation or schedule another consultation, contact Support by emailing or calling (844) 352-6567 from 9 AM to 8 PM EST, 7 days a week.

What if I miss my consultation?

If you don’t answer the first call, the clinician will call you one more time in the next 10 minutes. If the clinician can’t reach you after two calls, they won’t be able to complete your consultation. If you miss both calls, you can call the hotline at 833-273-6330 and request a new consultation.
