If an insurance claim is accepted, you will receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) from your health plan. The EOB is NOT A BILL. The EOB summarizes how much your health plan was charged for the cost of testing. You may also receive a bill directly from Color for any remaining cost not covered by your health plan.
