Activating Your Color Kit

As soon as your provider submits an order and the information is processed, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your kit. To find this email: 

  • Log into the email account that you shared with your provider when they placed your order.

  • Look for an email from support@color.com.

  • Click the orange button that says “Create Account and Activate Test.”

By following the instructions in this email, you will not be asked to enter a barcode and accession number when you activate your Color kit. If you are asked for this information, or if a few days have passed since you provided your sample at your provider’s office and you have not yet received the activation link by email, please contact us at support@color.com or (844) 352-6567 Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm Pacific Time and we will work to address the issue.
