Can I change my patient’s test type after I’ve placed an order?

You can change your patient’s test type up until the point we receive their sample back at our lab. Sign in to your Color Provider Platform account to view and modify your orders. You may wish to follow up directly with your patient to notify them of the change to your order. Color will also notify your patient via email.
