We updated our Healthcare Services Consent and Genetic Informed Consent to clarify how Color may securely access and share medical information through health information exchanges (HIEs) for treatment and care coordination purposes. Specifically, the updated consents explain that Color may obtain information from, and share information with, participating HIEs to support your care. You can review the updated Healthcare Services Consent, Genetic Informed Consent, and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Where available under applicable law, you may choose to opt out of HIE sharing by contacting privacy@color.com.
