Confirm with the original pharmacy if they are able to initiate the transfer of the prescription to the new pharmacy. If your pharmacy can not be reached, contacting the new pharmacy you plan to transfer the prescription and attempting the transfer from there is recommended.
If a transfer is needed, please provide the pharmacy details (address and phone number) and confirm with the pharmacy that Paxlovid is in stock. If you encounter any issues, contact treatments@color.com and we can assist with the transfer.
