What is Color’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel your test at any time prior to the completion of sequencing, but Color will be unable to process a refund if more than 30 days has passed since the Color test was purchased, or if our lab has received your sample.

If you have asked us to seek insurance coverage of your Color test(s), we will cancel your Color test(s) if sequencing has not been completed.
